Mode of application
Mix cream paint with oxidizing agent in a non-metallic container. Apply a rich cream to the skin around the eyebrows and eyelashes. Moisten cotton pads with water and apply under the eyes. Apply the coloring mixture evenly on the eyebrows with a cotton swab. Wash off with warm water after 15 minutes. For convenience, color the eyelashes alternately on each eye.
